I am aware that there are risks associated with using the equipment I have hired, and I accept these risks.

If the equipment is lost or damaged I agree to repair or replace it.

If the equipment is not returned prior to the end of hire period I will pay the appropriate additional hire fee.

I will only use the equipment for recreational purposes in the area advertised by the hirer.

I am the person responsible for anyone using the equipment while I have hired it.

I agree that the hirer shall not be responsible for accidents or damage resulting directly or indirectly from the use of the equipment unless such accidents or damage arise out of the negligent act of the hirer.

I am fit enough and can swim well enough to use the above equipment and I am familiar with the operation of the equipment.
